Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only. We do not provide refunds.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—new, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ShopOAToday@gmail.com so we can make it right.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchange Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange. You can then select a replacement item of equal value.
