Size Exchanges
At Optimistic Apparel, we want every piece to fit exactly how you imagined. If your size isn't quite right, we're happy to help you exchange it.
7-Day Exchange Window
You have 7 days after delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges only. No returns or refunds.
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, email us at support@optimisticapparel.shop or message us on Instagram within 7 days after delivery. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Prepaid Return Label
For approved exchanges, Optimistic Apparel covers the return shipping cost and provides you with a prepaid return label.
Replacement Size Unavailable
If your requested replacement size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an exchange for another eligible product. If the replacement product is a different value, the balance will be adjusted appropriately.
Different Colors or Products
Exchanges into a different color or a different product are subject to Optimistic Apparel's discretion and availability.
Final Sale
Sale items, including items marked Final Sale, can't be exchanged.
